Renowned for their reliability and solidity, the Diamond grading machines benefit from a meticulous manufacturing process and a state of the art equipment. The machines are made from 100% stainless steel and are equipped with a full automatic candling system. This is adapted to processing brown and white egg.

With total quality in mind, the Diamond egg grading machines and packers are completely washable and disinfectable. They satisfy the strictest specifications as regards hygiene.

In addition, to simplify use and increase convenience for the user remote maintenance may be applied to the installations.

Farmpackers

This equipment is intended for egg producers who want to collect and pack eggs in trays of 30 eggs without grading them. The eggs are then conveyed to a packaging room. Different capacity levels are available, ranging between 12,000 to 72,000 eggs per hour.

Eggs may be packed in all types of existing egg containers, without grading using the "repacker" which has a capacity of 36,000 eggs per hour..

Egg grading machines

The egg grading machines are used by packing stations to collect eggs direct from the producer or produced outside the farm. These eggs are candled, graded, printed and packed in all the types of packaging required by your clients.

Different capacities, configurations and options are available, from 36,000 to 144,000 eggs per hour.

Egg printing

Our range is used to print eggs directly on the farm either on exiting the farm packaging machine, being recuperated by a conveyor belt or using a manual procedure. This depends on the collection capacity and the quantities to process.
Ovoconcept recommends ink jet technology for clear and reliable egg printing. Capacities are between 3,000 to 36,000 eggs per hour.

Our system also provides egg printing and traceability for low capacity manual or semi-automatic grading machines (inputs of 1 to 6 rows of eggs).

Egg palettization

OVOCONCEPT has developed an egg tray palletization robot, this system enables the automatic building of a pallet at the exit of the farmpacker. The robot also anables the depalletization of eggs on egg graders
