Hard-boiled egg production lines
We offer automatic or semi-automatic hard-boiled egg production lines of different capacity levels. They operate according to the following principle: loading of the cooker, cooking phase, cooling, shelling and packaging.
The automatic lines have a capacity of between 7,000 and 21,000 eggs per hour. Ovoconcept has developed a semi-automatic line with manual cooker loading and cooling, followed by automatic shelling and packaging. This line has a capacity of 3,000 eggs per hour.

Mayonnaise production line
This is a compact platform with ingredient dosing in the emulsifier and a conduction pump.
This unit processes 50 kg batches. It has the capacity to produce between 800 and 1,000 kg of mayonnaise per hour.

Pancake or omelette production line
Pancakes or omelettes are processed products that require many eggs.
Depending on the volumes to be upgraded we can offer either rotating tables, or cooking tunnels, with options such as automatic mould or tray oiling, automatic ingredient dosing, folding, cutting, packaging, etc.
Capacity varies from 500 items per hour to 5,000 or more.
