The plastic egg trays and pallets selected by Ovoconcept combine safety and practicality for egg storage and transport.

Practical: they may be re-used as desired. Pallet format (900 x 120 cm.) has been specially designed to avoid any overflowing of egg trays thus restricting breakage and saving time at loading and unloading.

Hygienic: they can be washed and disinfected in no time at all thanks to the washers we have designed.

Ecological: they generate no waste and let the eggs breathe during storage.

Plastic Egg Trays

Designed using specially devised materials and supplemented by an anti-UV treatment, our plastic egg trays allow you to package, store and transport your eggs in optimum conditions.

With a life expectancy of 10 years, Ovoconcept egg trays offer a direct cost saving, the opportunity to improve return and decrease losses due to egg breakage.

Plastic pallets and dividers

Our pallet has been specially designed for egg storage and transport. Its adapted size (900 x1200 mm) simplifies palletisation, depalletisation, loading and unloading operations.

Furthermore, you can significantly reduce breakages without having to use angle-sections.

This material is compliant with the automatic palletisation and depalletisation systems.

Washers

Ovoconcept offers a significant amount of solutions for automatic and semi-automatic plastic egg tray and pallet washing.
Washing tunnels for egg trays have capacities of 2,000 to 14,000 egg trays per hour, the tunnels for pallets have capacity for 200 to 600 pallets per hour. The washing phase uses recycled water at a temperature of up to 85°C.

Ovoconcept has also developed a "batch" washer that has a capacity of up to 1,500 egg trays per hour with different options available.
