An evolving activity

The egg product sector is prospering. In the United States and in Europe, the consumption of liquid eggs is spreading, at the expense of the consumption of whole eggs.
Though the development of egg products is necessary in response to evolution in life styles, it also improves the regulation of a saturated local market, the processing of unsold goods and upgrading of non-graded goods.

Our specialists master egg product technology. From the basic pilot production line to the most sophisticated industrial equipment, we offer turnkey installations. Including, where necessary, a personalised training plan to launch this activity in optimum conditions.

Turnkey production lines

Ovoconcept implements complete "turnkey" production lines. Our specialists analyse the best options according to the volumes and products to be processed, in close collaboration with our client.

We can offer capacities of up to 250 to 6,000 kg per hour in whole eggs or separated into phases.

Breakers

Our egg breaker machines, or breaker separators, provide a breaking process under the best possible hygiene and productivity conditions while avoiding a maximum of product loss using optimum shell drainage techniques.

The lowest capacity processes 7,000 eggs per hour for producing whole eggs only.

Our range of white/yolk breaker separators vary from 14,000 to 144,000 eggs per hour thanks to dish separation technology, combined with a high performance scanner.

The breakers can be connected directly to the production area or supplied via a loader unstacker adapted to different capacities.

The equipment, in stainless steel, is robust and completely washable and disinfectable.

Centrifuge

To reduce the shell volume following breaking, we offer a range of centrifuge machines that can process between 60,000 and 240,000 shells per hour.

This stainless steel equipment simplifies washing operations and guarantees optimum hygiene.

Filters

We offer a horizontal filtration structure with 1,2, 3 or 4 filtration heads, depending on the products manufactured. The product goes through a perforated sieve. At regular intervals, a pneumatic piston scrapes the sieve and pushes the residues towards an area that is not in contact with the product. This area can be emptied and cleaned without interrupting production.

This filter’s maximum capacity is 15,000 litres per hour.

Coolers

To avoid any bacteria development the product is blocked by the cold immediately following breakage. The liquid egg goes through a plate exchanger to be brought to a temperature of + 2°C. Plate technology is the best in surface exchange as it allow rapid temperature reduction. Capacity is adapted to the breaker.
