The technology that we have preferred for the liquid egg pasteurisation is a combined technology system (plates and tubes) to take advantage of both methods.

Due to their exchange surface the plates provide maximum calorie recovery at warm and cold product exchange while the tubes provide rapid throughput rates. As a result, they are advantageous for the heating phases.

This technology provides pasteurisation at quite high temperatures, favouring long use-by dates, while maintaining relatively significant production cycle periods (7 to 8 hours).
